Dakota Grass (she/her)
Owner & Therapist

Hey, thanks so much for taking the time to check out Down to Earth! My name is Dakota, and I’m a registered social worker and have a master’s degree in counselling psychology. I identify as a neurodivergent, queer, cisgender woman who is a White settler residing in London, Ontario. I offer tailored psychotherapy services to a diverse range of individuals, including children, youth, young adults, and couples, all from a relational approach. This means that I place significant emphasis on nurturing the quality of the therapeutic relationship between myself and my client(s). I consider myself a human first and a therapist second, as I try to show up as my authentic self in the therapy space. Additionally, I work collaboratively with clients to help them improve and deepen their relationships with themselves and with others in their lives.

I am also readily available for consultation, mentorship, and meaningful collaboration with fellow helping professionals. If you are interested in exploring these opportunities, please complete a submission form to inquire further about how we can work together!
